PREPARED FOR DISRUPTION. READY TO DECIDE.

Keep your business
moving when the
unexpected happens.

Business continuity and operational resilience for organisations that need a practical plan for interrupted power, communications, premises and supply chains.

LONDON · UNITED KINGDOMFROM BOARDROOM DECISIONS TO PRACTICAL ACTION

THE QUESTION THAT MATTERS

What still works
when the usual
systems don’t?

A continuity plan earns its place when people can use it under pressure.

We help organisations identify their essential activities, understand the dependencies behind them and turn disruption scenarios into clear decisions, responsibilities and recovery actions.

The starting point is your business: the people you need, the services you must deliver, and how long you can tolerate an interruption.

A PRACTICAL RESILIENCE PROGRAMME

From exposure
to an actionable plan.

Begin with a defined review.
Build and test what your organisation needs.

01

Discovery & gap review

Identify essential services, staff and supplier dependencies. Review existing arrangements and agree the priorities with decision-makers.

  • Critical activity & dependency map
  • Prioritised gap register
  • Defined next-step scope
02

Continuity & recovery planning

Translate priorities into incident roles, escalation triggers, minimum service levels and practical recovery arrangements.

  • Leadership action summary
  • Communications & staff welfare plans
  • Recovery and fallback procedures
03

Exercises & improvement

Walk through a realistic interruption. Test decisions and assumptions, record what breaks down and turn the findings into owned actions.

  • Facilitated tabletop scenario
  • Decision and dependency observations
  • Action owners & retest priorities
04

Specialist protection assessment

Assess whether backup power, equipment shielding or alternative premises address a defined business need. Set requirements before choosing equipment.

  • Operational requirements brief
  • Specialist design & testing scope
  • Supplier evidence review criteria

TEST THE DEPENDENCIES

One interruption.
Several business consequences.

the questions a usable plan must answer.

ILLUSTRATIVE PLANNING SCENARIO

Normal power is unavailable.

Your team is available, but the office cannot rely on its normal electrical supply.

A discussion prompt, rather than a forecast or a prescribed operating target.

THE NEXT DECISIONS
  1. Which activities must continue, and at what minimum level?
  2. Do backup power, cooling and telecoms support those activities together?
  3. Who can authorise relocation, reduced service or a controlled shutdown?

BEYOND THE EQUIPMENT

Equipment protection.
Within a wider
continuity plan.

Shielding may help with a specified electromagnetic exposure. Its value depends on the equipment, the threat assumptions, seams, ventilation and every cable entering the enclosure.

A protected server still needs power, cooling, usable data, people and a way to deliver its service. We start with that complete operating picture.

Detailed electrical, structural, shielding and life-safety design, installation and acceptance testing require appropriately qualified specialists and a separately agreed scope.

HOW WE WORK

Clear scope.
Useful outputs.

Each engagement is quoted against the organisation,
locations, dependencies and work required.

01 / UNDERSTAND

Agree the priorities.

Discuss your organisation, current arrangements and the decisions you want the work to support.

02 / DEFINE

Set the scope.

Agree locations, stakeholders, deliverables, specialist inputs, timetable and a written fee proposal.

03 / DEVELOP

Create the plan.

Work through dependencies and scenarios, then document actions in a form your team can use.

04 / EXERCISE

Test and improve.

Challenge assumptions, assign actions and establish a review and exercise cycle.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A few practical
questions.

Who is the corporate service for?

Business owners, boards and operational teams reviewing how essential activities would continue during a significant interruption. Scope is agreed for the organisation and its locations rather than applying a universal template.

Can we use our existing continuity plan?

Yes. A review can start with your current documents, recovery arrangements and exercise findings, then identify the decisions and dependencies that still need work.

Do you supply shelters or install shielding?

The initial service is assessment and planning. Specialist design, procurement, installation and testing are separate workstreams, with competence, responsibilities and supplier evidence agreed before commissioning.

How much does corporate work cost?

Corporate projects are individually scoped and quoted. Your proposal will identify the deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, timetable and fees before work begins.

Is household planning available?

Household preparedness is offered separately through TacticalPlan.uk. This site focuses on corporate continuity and operational resilience.

Does this include investment advice?

This website describes operational resilience and business continuity services. Investment management and investment advice are outside the offer presented here.
